Not sure which Pilates Vault class is right for you? Let’s break it down.
Whether you’re brand new to the reformer or building your confidence, we have classes designed to meet you where you are.
At The Pilates Vault, we always encourage clients to start with Beginner or All Skill Levels classes until both you and your instructors feel confident that you’re ready to move into more advanced formats. Pilates is most effective when your foundation is strong, your form is safe, and your body is prepared for the pace, transitions, and intensity of higher-level classes.
BEGINNER
Fundamentals
Zero experience? Zero problem. This class is perfect for first-timers, anyone returning after a break, clients recovering from injury, or those who want to slow down and focus on form. You’ll learn the springs, straps, props, and foundational movements so you can move with confidence.
ALL SKILL LEVELS
Stretch & Relax
A slower, softer class designed to help you reset from the inside out. Expect gentle movement, deep stretching, breathwork, and a restored body. Perfect for tight muscles, sore bodies, stressful weeks, or days when you need to slow down.

Traditional
Classical Pilates roots with a modern Vault upgrade. This class blends traditional reformer work with contemporary variations to help you stretch, strengthen, and connect deeper to your body. Controlled, intentional, and effective for every level.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Dynamics
Ready to turn up the intensity? Dynamics blends Pilates principles with modern functional movement for a faster-paced, high-energy flow. Expect stronger transitions, endurance work, full-body strength, and a core challenge that keeps you coming back.
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Cardio & Jumpboard
Our athletic reformer class designed for clients ready for more power, pace, and cardio. Using the jumpboard, this class combines low-impact cardio, coordination, strength, and deep core control for a workout that feels elevated, energizing, and intentional.
