Meet Christina 🤍 New Reformer Instructor at Richmond Ave.

Wednesdays — Beginner Flow and All Level Flow.

Christina is a comprehensively certified 500-hour Pilates instructor who believes that simply moving your body is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Her classes are creative, fun, and challenging — built around proper form, deep core connection, and slow, intentional movement. You get stronger fast, and you actually feel what you’re doing.
