Hi everyone! This is my new page for my fitness and coaching journey. I recently graduated from Mississippi State University where I was a track athlete. Currently I am still planning to run in professional meets this next year. I studied biological sciences in school. I have professional experience with private coaching for highschool athletes and fitness/wellness coaching for adults as well. I played many sports through highschool, but my specialty sport is cross country and track. In track, I have competed in many events from field events, to sprinting, and distance too. I am well versed in how to coach track and cross country athletes. It’s something I really enjoy and I love working with others to complete their goals. With my educational and athletic background, I implement holistic approaches to helping people get faster, stronger, and healthier, not just physically, but mentally too.
