Reminder these services are paid programs. You have to pay to play 🙌 This is an incredible savings if you want to compare to other programming as I am in constant contact with my clients 🥰

Services include:

-1:1 coaching
-Nutritional Mapping
-Personalized Workout Program
-Medical/Corrective Exercise
-Habitual Coaching (water intake, mediations, goal setting, and more)

Payment must be received before programming is accessible. Payment plans are available however set payment dates will be necessary moving forward.

-If you’re wanting me to assess and review your own program as well as “adding” or “adjusting” your regimen, this is also available as a consult with a small fee. Pending the time and work performed on your plan.

FYI average cost for a trainer 45-60 min
ranges $45-$60 per session. Include the hourly building and mapping out programs weekly to meet the clients needs.
