When you start a fitness journey, a lot of times a people get in your ear and hype you up to do some things that they don't have the
mindset nor heart to do. Always start a journey with someone that have a stronger mindset and will power than you.

There were times were I wanted to close my business and there are times I regret opening up the new location because of lack of support but one thing .ware_im_him always tell me is to remember why I started.

Always surround yourself around people that want to see you win. I know that is hard for some people because y'all already know there are people that love to see people fail.

For those out here grinding on whatever journey, keep grinding and do the work, YOU WILL EVENTUALLY see the hard work pay off 💯💯
