Circuit Privè had a great time attending the 2026 Motor Club Summit at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, Illinois. Over the last few days, we connected with fellow motor clubs from around the country and discussed best practices across the industry. Thank you to Autobahn Country Club for hosting a fantastic event. We are excited for the 2027 Motor Club Summit at Spring Mountain!

The Circuit Privè team has made significant strides this fall, and we’re excited to share a look behind the scenes at our latest progress.

Highlights

Motor Circuit Refinement – CAD modeling, optimizing geometry, runoff zones, and elevation profiles for precision and performance.

Masterplan Development – Our site plan integrates natural topography with architectural design to create a sense of arrival and continuity.

Renderings in Progress – Preliminary visuals of the motor circuit, clubhouse, garage lofts, and trackside villas are complete, with final renderings coming this winter.

Circuit Privè is gaining strong momentum, with significant interest from institutional investors eager to finance the construction of the motor club. To finalize terms, we need to provide completed engineering work, entitlements, and detailed construction cost estimates.

To meet these milestones, we are raising $1M from accredited investors through a SAFE note with a $10M valuation cap. The minimum investment is $50,000.
Proceeds will be used to finalize the master plan, secure state and federal permits, and obtain competitive bids from contractors.

UPDATE:

The entire 457 acre site has been topographically mapped and we are moving forward with the next two critical steps: master planning for the entire site and motor circuit refinement in CAD. We expect to have both visual renderings of the master planned community and a first-person video drive through of the track fall of 2025.
