Louis Metro Collegiate Instructional Baseball League is a collegiate summer wood bat baseball league and proud member of the North American Baseball Federation (NABF). The league is the only collegiate wood bat summer league in the St. Louis area and showcases some of the best local, regional and national baseball talent. tween the ages of 19-22. The league plays under NCAA rules with the exception that the league exclusively uses wooden bats to better prepare players for professional leagues. For the 2012 Season the Metro League consists of six teams playing 30-game regular season schedule. The top three teams at the end of the season will advance to the playoffs with the league champion receiving a bid to the NABF World Series in Toledo, Ohio.
