St. Louis Metro Collegiate Instructional Baseball League Since 1979 our league has been the premier baseball program for college players in St. Louis area. Official Page of the St.

Louis Metro Collegiate Instructional Baseball League is a collegiate summer wood bat baseball league and proud member of the North American Baseball Federation (NABF). The league is the only collegiate wood bat summer league in the St. Louis area and showcases some of the best local, regional and national baseball talent. The league consists six teams in the St. Louis area consisting of players be

tween the ages of 19-22. The league plays under NCAA rules with the exception that the league exclusively uses wooden bats to better prepare players for professional leagues. For the 2012 Season the Metro League consists of six teams playing 30-game regular season schedule. The top three teams at the end of the season will advance to the playoffs with the league champion receiving a bid to the NABF World Series in Toledo, Ohio.
