Meet Your Coach:
I’m Reuben a.k.a. Ru Q, an online coach, and I help short men go from lack of self-confidence feeling overlooked, under-appreciated, and undervalued to improved levels and unshakable self confidence.

My career started off with my own journey to increase my self-confidence through weight loss. I documented my journey and posted it just as a post. As I was posting, I noticed the impact my journey has had on others whether it was to get them on going on their journey or just being inspired by my story behind it. The positive impact I’ve made has led me to start my career in fitness coaching, and I want to continue making that positive impact on others.

Chest up, crown on. Bench day, king mode. 👑💪

Best part about being a short king! Every time I bench press 185lbs for 10 reps🏋🏽, everyone else looks at me like “Holy Air Ball 🔥!!” because of my short and small stature standing at 5’ weighing in at 146lbs.

Being a short king is so great because it’s almost easy to exceed such low expectations that society has set. 😉
