Today is April 1st.
But some lies don’t stay just for today.
They stay with you for years inside your own body.
The idea that pain always means injury.
That stiffness is just a lack of stretching.

These are interpretations — not absolute truths.
The body is adaptive.

The dedication, the unwavering commitment to “find a way” to restore health and functionality to the body through yoga.
