Stories have been around since man began to reason. We used to gather around the fire to swap hunting stories, war stories, and stories that taught us to work together. As we developed more and more, there became even more stories. Horror stories, betrayal and deceit stories, as well as stories of hope, joy, inspiration, and love, became more prevalent. Professional and personal stories abound for us to use to our advantage in the form of books, so nothing gets lost in the translation.
We all write our own stories every single day. There are as many interpretations as people on the planet of these stories. Each author’s story is a peek into what was happening, where they wanted to go, how they got there, and how they became a villain, a myth, a legend, or a hero.
I would love for you to answer one or all of the questions below as I would love to add to my library and book club selections and understand you better.
What authors do you love to read?
What books have inspired you?
What books have caused you to see yourselves within the pages?
What books have made you laugh?
What books made you cry?
What books caused you to contemplate or change?
And last though never least, what is one or two books that made a pivotal change in your life?
