Quantum Racing Development Quantum Racing Development is an amateur team focused on U23 and junior racer development. Quantum is composed of a Juniors, U23 and adult riders.

Quantum Racing Development is the STL area’s premier Junior and U23 Development Team. Quantum is dedicated to providing a platform for all cyclists to obtain their goals through a safe, positive, educational, and enjoyable yet competitive environment. We welcome and encourage a supportive Mentor Squad of veteran racers who assist in making the U23 and Junior teams successful. Our riders race i

n criteriums, Time Trials, Track events (Velodrome), road races, BMX, Gravel, Cyclocross, and Mountain Bike events in the local St Louis area, and across the mid-west from Chicago down to Tulsa with National events across the United States. When possible our top riders participate in special UCI events in the US and Canada.
