Breakfast! What could be better than an easy, low fat version of chocolate, peanut butter and banana? Here's the recipe: 2 medium bananas, 1 scoop Garden of Life chocolate grass fed whey and 1 serving of PB2. 375 calories 32g protein 3g fat 65g carbs giving a macro nutrient balance of 31% Protein, 5% fat, 64% carbs. This smoothie was mixed with water, add a fat source such as coconut milk to boost the fat content as needed. This low fat version is great if you need to save some fat intake for later in the day. I can teach you more about the importance of fat in your nutrition plan.
