🎉 JULY 11TH at 7:30 AM 🎉

Please meet us in the Taco Bell parking lot in Creve Coeur. We will start with warm-ups, take a group photo, and then have some fun! Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

It's also 7-Eleven's Free Slurpee Day, so treat yourself after the run!

Please bring a water bottle, and make sure to eat beforehand or bring a snack for after the run. We encourage you to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and wear comfortable clothing.

Children and dogs are welcome! Please keep dogs on a leash and clean up after them.

All paces are welcome! We can't wait to see everyone there!

We started the morning with great weather, but it turned into a light rain with plenty of wind! Even so, it was a great way to kick off the day. 🌧️

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out and joined us! Your support and energy made the event a success.

We’ve already scheduled another event for July, so keep an eye out for the upcoming flyer with all the details! And if you haven’t already, be sure to download Strava and join our club to stay connected and keep up with future events. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Hey! Are you ready for our first running event saturday morning? YESSS. I am filming on location so you know where we will meet and what to do when you show up!. Right here is the parking lot for CC lake, you will park here around 7:00 and we will meet by the grass over here around 7:15 for stretching/warm up and reviewing the rules and whatnot and then at 7:30 we will start our run! If you rather take it easy and walk or bike feel free! Children and Dogs are also welcome! Hope to see you there!
