Extreme Elite 16U Team of high school 16U eligible athletes seeking the next step in their softball journey!

We are a nationally recognized, invite-only, program...committed to competing at the highest level...developing high-caliber, student-athletes. The goal of the Extreme Elite program is to provide a neutral feel for 'like minded' players and families to learn and grow in a new culture, similar to that of a national collegiate program. The Extreme Elite program is for those highly committed to compe

te on a National softball level. The Extreme Elite program provides complete physical development, emotional encouragement, and faith support to athletes looking to compete on the big stage.

🌟 Growing the Game — Together 🥎

Last night our 16U athletes hosted our 9U team for a joint practice…and it was everything we hoped for! The night kicked off with a walk and talk as players paired up to get to know each other, followed by plyos, catch play, and a fast-paced double fungo session.

It was an awesome chance for our younger athletes to learn, move at a faster pace, and see what’s ahead. For our 16U athletes, it was an opportunity to lead, teach, and mentor the next generation.

The energy was amazing, the effort was real, and the smiles said it all. Our 9U athletes are already asking when their 16U buddies can come back! 💜

To close out our day, we participated in a scrimmage game that allowed for controlled pace of play and lots of on field coaching!

🎯 This opportunity allowed us to set the tone we want to play behind this year!
📈 We were able to put some of our practice plan components into play with live reps.

🎬 Weekend Recap | College Prep

After we finished watching the game, athletes and families met in the dining hall for a team lunch and college prep session.

🥗 Sharing a meal together is a great way for teams to build that family atmosphere.
🏫 We spent time understanding what is the difference between a college bound student and a student athlete.
✏️ Athletes led the charge with the support of their families in understanding how to make a college dream list and communicating with coaches.

We loved seeing our team have “dinner table conversations” right in front of our eyes and look forward to how this mature and international approach will set them up for success in the future.
