The 2000s called… and they want you at our Mega Class. 💿✨

FIT4MOM is turning 25 and the only way we know how to celebrate is a throwback mega class, of course!
Join us for a feel-good sweat sesh, a sing-along playlist, and all the Y2K energy your workout has been missing.

Grab your mom friends, bring the stroller, and meet us for our 2000s Throwback Mega Class this Friday at 9:30 at McNair Park.

Newsletter went out yesterday with some extra details, but here’s a quick overview of this coming month. We have a lot of fun planned for August with FIT4MOM turning 25 and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ll have a strength challenge, a walk, a family class, a mom’s night out, and a family potluck in addition to our usual classes! What are you most excited for?

It’s been a great 8 weeks of themed classes, playgroups, and field trips. Now let’s finish it out with our Sports Spectacular week!

Mom’s night out at Chicken N Pickle - St. Charles? Chef’s kiss.

We played (some of us learned how to play) pickleball, ate way too much good food, and somehow every conversation still circled back to our kids. Because that’s just where our brains live right now. Honestly, it’s nice to laugh about it with people who get it.

We do this every month and I look forward to it more than I probably admit. No interruptions, no little voices needing something, just an hour or two to be a whole person and connect with the moms in this village.
