Join us for our month-long Walktober Challenge as we make strides against breast cancer in partnership with .

Every runner’s journey looks different, but there’s something powerful about working toward “better” together. Whether you’ve always loved running, took a long break, or never quite got started, this one’s for you.

I used to think I could just run a mile because I was already active. I never trained for it, and my knees and shins paid the price. So I gave up before I really started.

Then I joined Run Club+ and did it differently. I eased into the impact, built up gradually instead of doing too much too soon. And now? I actually look forward to it.

Group runs are once a week and there’s a lovely coffee shop right next to our meetup spot. There’s still time to join us. Comment “RUN” and I’ll send you the details, or hit the link in bio. 🏃‍♀️
