✨ Overheard in the Gym ✨

A parent was heard telling their child:
"Don't be good. Be great."

At first, it sounds like a challenge to work harder. But the real lesson isn't about being better than everyone else—it's about giving your best effort, staying focused, and continuing to grow.

Being "great" isn't a score, a medal, or a skill. It's showing up when things are hard, trying again after mistakes, and choosing improvement over comfort.

That's a lesson that applies far beyond gymnastics. 💜
