There will not be a Friday Morning Stretch Yoga Class this Friday (10/8/2021) to accommodate set up for a funeral luncheon later in the afternoon.

Sorry Yogi's, but I have decided to cancel all classes this week (August 12 & 13). I have been to the chiropractor and (fingers crossed) I should be back holding class next week.
