War Wagon This is the official page of the War Wagon AA Fuel Altered!

10/07/2026

The War Wagon will unfortunately not be making the trip to Fuel Altered Chaos this November.

Racing is a huge part of who we are, but family comes first, every single time.

One of our loved ones is facing health issues, and for now, our focus needs to be at home with our family. As much as we hate missing a race like this, some things are bigger than racing.

We appreciate everyone who supports this team, stands behind us, and understands what the War Wagon family is all about.

We’ll regroup, handle what matters most, and come back swinging in 2027.

The War Wagon will be back and we’ll be ready to burn some nitro. 🔥🏁

The ole Wagon was itching to stretch it’s legs so we found an excuse to go play.

We’re heading out west to Tucson Dragway to throw down with some of the baddest altereds on the planet!

As always, a HUGE thank you to our sponsors, United Engine & Machine Co. ICON Pistons, and Ellis County Custom Carts Dealer.

See y’all soon, Tucson!

On another note! It was an all McKinney Corp final at the first IHRA Triple Crown event in the Fuel Altered category. Team War Wagon, the fastest Fuel Altered in the world, faced BushWhacker Racing in the final at National Trail Raceway. Jody Austin in the newly prepared unnamed altered would illuminate the win-light over Kebin Kinsley. Congratulations to both teams!

Not how we were expecting our weekend to end!
Congratulations to Jody and team.

We kicked a couple rods, and popped the blower right about 60ft or so. We’ve been very fortunate over the years to avoid mishaps like this, so we were surprised this happened when it did.

To the finals! All Texas final against Jody Austin.
