I appreciate everyone’s patience during my brief hiatus. After taking time to recover from surgery, I’m happy to share that I’m feeling great and am now able to take clients again.

Hi everyone! With the new year here and so many people getting back into the gym, things can get pretty crowded. That can feel overwhelming, especially for beginners, and sometimes it makes it harder to stay consistent after the first day. Just know that I’m here to help you push through that and reach your goals. I want to make the process feel less stressful by giving you direction and helping you make the most of what’s available in the gym.

Hello everyone. For those who are new to this page, G.U.T.S Fitness provides personalized services for individuals looking to lose or gain weight and improve their overall health. New clients can schedule an introductory consultation, during which we will discuss your goals and determine the best plan for you. All new clients also receive two complimentary training sessions to experience the program before deciding whether to continue with our services. Also thank you to everyone for the support in the growth of G.U.T.S fitness.
