Great first weekend on the diamond! These girls showed grit! Played 2:00- 11:00PM and back at the fields at 7:15 today. Lots of rain and hours of delays. They battled with 29 hits with 13 extra bases including an over the fence home run. They scored 32 runs in the A/B tournament kicking off the Ohio Hawks and Ohio Mojo. Tough battle with Southern Ohio Velocity in a come from behind shootout scoring 8 runs in the final inning. Vikings Elite was a battle in the final bracket play game with a combined 9 hits. Very proud of the way EVERYONE contributed when it was their time to deliver.
