Good luck to Braylon, Carlton, Eli. S, Eli W., & Zek at State today & tomorrow!

Braylon Walls, Eli Scales, Eli Whetstone, and Zek Scales will run in the 4x800m Relay Finals at 4:30 PM and Carlton Glaze will run in the 100m Dash Semifinals at 5:10 PM.

The 100m Dash Finals are at 4:57 PM tomorrow. Eli Scales will run in the 1600m Run Finals at 5:28 PM tomorrow.

Congratulations to Carlton Glaze and Eli Scales on qualifying for State!

At Regional Finals today, Carlton finished 4th in the 100m Dash with a time of 10.98 seconds and Eli finished 5th in the 1600m Run with a time of 4:23.92!

Entering the season the school record in the 100m Dash was 11.18 seconds. Carlton has set the school record multiple times this season and is now the first in school history to break 11 seconds and the first 100m state qualifier in school history.

Congratulations Carlton and Eli!

Congratulations to the Boys 4x800m Relay Team of Eli Whetstone, Braylon Walls, Zek Scales, and Eli Scales on qualifying for the OHSAA Division V State Championships! They finished 3rd at Regionals with a time of 8:20.74.

The Regional meets kicks off with prelims today starting with field events at 4:30 PM and running events at 6:00 PM.

Prelims Schedule:
4:45 PM - Long Jump (Finals) - Josh Witherow
6:15 PM - 4x800m Relay (Finals) - Eli Whetstone, Braylon Walls, Zek Scales, & Eli Scales
6:55 PM - 100m Dash - Carlton Glaze
7:12 PM - 4x200m Relay - Micah Allen, Josh Witherow, Drew Hoying, & Darryus Myers
7:30 PM - 4x100m Relay - Micah Allen, Tanner Nixon, Drew Hoying, & Carlton Glaze

Last month our baseball infield received a much needed renovation! This renovation included cutting out and removing lips on the edge of the grass, extending the back arc by 10 feet, rebuilding the mound, and adding 75 tons of quality infield mix.

These improvements have greatly improved the playing surface for better performance, player safety, and drainage. We are incredibly thankful that this work was able to be completed this season. Thank you to Armstrong Field Solutions LLC and 5TP LLC for completing the work and thank you to ECA Athletic Boosters for contributing to the project.
