🚨ATTENTION ICE HOGS🚨
A LIMITED number of spots are open for a Pre-Tryout Bootcamp. Get ready for tryout week with a focused training program designed to help NWAHA athletes feel prepared, confident & ready to compete.
❗️5 Sunday Sessions
❗️only 40 total spots to allow for focused attention
❗️2 age group breakouts
❗️Dryland & on-ice training
COST: $75 for the full 5 week session

Each week includes an education block, 45 min of dryland training, and an hour of intense on-ice training.

Requirement is (1) year of previous travel experience or (2) years of Rec experience.

This program is built for players who want to show up at tryouts better prepared physically, mentally, and fundamentally.
