ceed all limits in every aspect of their lives. We bring the workout to you with in-home and online training that fits with your schedule, so not making it to the gym isn't an excuse anymore. Our personal trainer, Karisha, offers 1-on-1 and small group personal training, as well as nutrition counseling. We design exercise programs that are tailored to fit each client’s needs based on their current fitness levels and desired goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength training, increased athletic performance, body building, or simply getting into a regular fitness regimen we can get you on a plan to achieve those goals. Our customized nutrition plans provide our clients with the tools they'll need to make lifestyle changes that will help them reach and sustain their health, fitness, and physique goals. Packages are available for 1 hour of in home or online 1-on-1 personal training as well as group sessions. Nutrition counseling only is also available for 8 weeks at a time. All new clients receive a free introductory session for paperwork, nutrition counseling, goal planning, and fitness assessments.
