The majority of tournaments boast a large selection of white belt competitors, but very few colored belt competitors.

Why is that?

In Jiu Jitsu, time is the equalizer.

In an era where instant satisfaction, results, and gratification are engrained into people’s psyche, the delays in Jiu Jitsu are a hard pill to swallow, where time is measured in years versus days.

Put away the uniform of entitlement and put on the uniform of humility.

Throwback to last month when we hosted Renzo Gracie Snoqualmie head professors Casey Stentz and Lindsay! We had SUCH a marvelous time learning from Professors Casey and Lindsay, and we can’t wait to have them back!

Professor Lindsay started the seminars off with a youth seminar highly attended by our students. Then, Professor Casey finished off with an information dump of exceptional techniques for the adults!

What was YOUR favorite part of the seminars?

For us, it was seeing the smiling and happy faces of everyone in attendance 🫶🏼
