We are incredibly grateful for our entire coaching staff and the unique strengths each coach brings to the field. We have already introduced our assistant coaches, Coach Meredith and Coach Rylin, and are excited for another season with our NW Aces 16U Head Coach, Coach Jamie Blattstein.
Coach Jamie has been coaching softball and baseball for over 15 years, leading with a ceaseless passion for the game and an unmatched commitment to his players. While he and his staff focus heavily on developing athletes across all physical and mental aspects of the game, Coach Jamie places equal importance on building a culture rooted in respect, sportsmanship, accountability, and camaraderie.
A former first baseman, Coach Jamie played Division I college baseball, where he served as team captain and finished his senior year ranked 11th nationally in Division I batting average. He also continued his career playing at the semi-professional level.
What truly sets Coach Jamie apart is the investment he makes in his athletes and in the program as a whole. He is one of the most dedicated coaches you will find, spending countless hours behind the scenes building the NW Aces into a program that these girls, their families, and the community can be proud to represent. His leadership, intensity, and belief in his players push them to compete at a high level while also creating an environment where they feel supported and motivated to grow.
Coach Jamie’s vision for this program goes far beyond wins and losses. He wants athletes who are confident, disciplined, resilient, and committed to one another — qualities that will serve them both on and off the field long after their playing days are over.
Thank you, Coach Jamie, for everything you pour into this team and program. We appreciate you and are excited for another great season with the Aces!
