Just a quick tip, but when it comes to managing stress, we ALL have to work on self regulation. We ALL need tools we can grab to help us through anxiety and stress. (In 1:1 sessions we learn allll those good things. )

➡️But what you can do NOW to keep cortisol levels from going whacky is STOP working out in a fasted state. This stresses out your body BIG TIME!! The ONLY fasted type of workout that is on from time to time is 20-30 min of cardio keeping your heart rate at that fat burning pace. Then eat right after. NOT a fasted intense HIIT and hills workout. That requires fuel for the body.
Feed and nourish your body. Get your macros on point. Know how much fat you need, how many carbs you need, how much protein you need EACH DAY to sustain your life style and have HAPPY HORMONES!!!! I love happy hormones. Don’t you????? •
