WE DID IT!!!!
The Steve Coleman Memorial Golf Tournament has now raised over $100,000 for cancer research! This year, with our donation of $9500, brings our total raised to approximately $101,000. Thank you to all the people who have helped make this goal possible - the 116 golfers who showed up to play, the MANY people who made monetary contributions, and the many people who help make this tournament run so smoothly. We could not have done this without all the years you have supported us.

Hi!
It's that time of year again, when we are all hopefully out golfing. Last year's tournament brought in a record $7000 for cancer research! Thank you so much for your contribution and continued participation in this event. The pictures from 2021 tournament are finally posted.

This year is our 20th Steve Coleman Tournament! It is so rare that any fundraising event lasts this long, and this tournament is a tribute to your continuing participation in this. The tournament will be September 17, 2022. Expect to see your brochure for the tournament in the next few weeks.

2020 Steve Coleman Golf Tournament
Hi All,I Hope you and your families are all well and happy during this very unusual time in our lives. With fall rapidly approaching, I wanted to reach out with some current information regarding this year’s golf tournament. We will be hosting the golf tournament on Saturday, September 12th at Salmon Creek Country Club with a 12:00pm registration. We are working closely with the venue to host a safe and fun event that may look different than years past. We cherish this tournament and everyone involved, and want to maintain momentum with this annual event and everything it’s accomplished.
We are looking at two formats for this year's event, as described below.
1. Restaurant is OPEN - We will host the golf tournament as it
has been done in the past, with some changes that are
outlined toward the bottom of this letter. The dining portion
of the event will be held outside under the tent.
2. Restaurant is CLOSED - We will host a golf tournament
(reduced price) without the dining portion of the event.

Changes and consistencies:
● Due to the financial hardship of small businesses, we will
not be able to provide every golfer with a door prize this
year.
● We will still raffle off big ticket items as we’ve done in the
past.
● We will still fundraise through sale of mulligan’s and gimmie
strings.
● The beverage cart will still operate.
● If the restaurant is closed, we will accept direct donations
to The Wilmot Cancer Center to try to make up for the
funds lost in a reduced entry fee.

Our primary goal this year is keeping the memory of Steve and momentum of this great cause going in the most unique of circumstances. We appreciate all the support you’ve given us in the past, and hope you’ll join us this year for another great event. If you are experiencing financial hardship that may prevent your entry, please reach out to us. We want to help support you, as you’ve done to our cause and event in the past. We thank each and every one of you so much!
SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, September 12, 2020 for the Steve Coleman Memorial Golf Tournament.

Registration starts at Noon on Saturday, registration includes your opportunity to grab lunch before you head out!

Make sure you bring cash for Jell-O shots and raffles!

We will be accepting donations through the weekend, so even if you can’t be here for the fun please donate to our cause!
