Getting back to the forest that provides the resources and wisdom that guided me through the trials and tribulations of the last twenty years never felt so good.
Searching for the knowledge and solutions to heal that which I didn't understand then and may still be too close to explain now.
This is the work I must do to heal and while doing so hopefully illuminate the path for others who have yet to realize that even with significant injuries.
No Pharma is needed.
That your power comes from within and the knowledge of the connections within all things.
That we are the microbes inside us. They are what keep us alive, if we feed the right ones and all these destructive forces are feeding the wrong ones or wiping out the terrain all together.
No forest would be alive if it was sterile and neither would you, if your gut was.
Even your skin heals slower because of the microbes missing in your gut.
Now get outside and eat some dirt.. 😂

McCormick falls stopped yesterday on the way home from the TBI evaluation that confirmed my 20 year struggles and the 14 years of inquiry, experimenting and endless pursuit of better health no matter what the cost has been is correct and I'm probably right about so many other things pharma did to destroy my body and mind in those early years.
Saddleback mushrooms and Lady along the creek at home we walk that hill daily for both our health.
I've been injured for a year again.. this time with a misaligned spine and sciatica issues masked by crushed nerves in my ankle from an accident at a warehouse from faulty safety switch on equipment and I was leaving because of issues clearly in management.
So this brain damaged fellow is happy and grateful for the struggles that have kept me in pursuit of better knowledge so I can go forward with the information on how I take no pharma drugs yet live in more pain than most can imagine for so long because the injury and 5 years off those pharmaceuticals showed me what life can be like so when those simple common pills turned me back into the depression and all the incapacitation started to remind me all to much of 20 years ago.. I'm glad I didn't succumb to my vulnerabilities and take more pills because once again they claim to know what I am and experience while knowing nothing about this being and body's capabilities.

U.S. coal ash holds about 11 million tons of rare earth elements (REEs) worth an estimated $8.4 billion—nearly eight times the country's current reserves. These elements are crucial for smartphones, electric vehicles, and renewable energy.

A study by The University of Texas at Austin found that REE concentration and extractability vary by region.

Appalachian Basin coal ash has higher REE levels but is harder to extract, while Powder River Basin ash has lower concentrations but is easier to process.

Since the U.S. imports over 90% of its REEs, mainly from China, using coal ash as a domestic source could strengthen supply chains .
