I did not expect the first batch of vinyl decals to go so quickly. I will be giving them out at class next week! So if you want the coolest window decal in town come try a free workout next Tuesday or Thursday at 5:30.

Road work is essential to boxing! now with that said I'm not a traditional fan of old school we run 12 miles. At amateur we fight 3 rounds at pros you start at 4 rounds. long distance runs were meant for the cardio and pace of a 10 to 15 round fight not 3 or 4 . We need speed power and explosiveness with the ability to recover and repeat. I'll will be taking Tally's on who did this drill over next week.

What a fun night we had tonight! We were blessed with Frankie's fountain of knowledge and Coach Billy Mitchem. If you're looking for a fun family gym for kids, teenagers, moms, dads, poppas and Nana's anyone is welcome no experience needed come join the fun.

Got to work with "Tank" today. This kids kicks have some pop to them! Love getting to work with these young fighters and the energy they bring to the gym.
