For 10 years my singular goal was to be the best drug-free bodybuilder in the country within my weight category. I tried my best and came very close but I never earned the number one spot. I made an honest attempt but it was time to move forward. In 2004 I left my bodybuilding aspirations behind to address my new focus. To live a life of extraordinary fitness and wellness and to help others do the same. Hence the name of my training business. Body of Knowledge. Mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina are the elements of physical health. Developing these attributes for myself and more importantly for my clients is the mission for B.O.K. Fitness. Quality of life, especially in the later years is largely dependent on the ability to function day to day in the absence of pain or physical hindrance. The proper approach to fitness can help make this possible. I can help make this possible. Be well.
