WOW! One week ago, we opened registration for our High School Co-Ed Rec League as a way to try something new and you all showed up!

We expected interest, but our slots filled faster than we ever expected!* We are SO excited to get this 6-week league started!

Our coaches want to make sure this is truly a co-ed experience so we are opening the final 4 spots exclusively to female athletes!

Open to: 9th–12th grade girls
Next week: If we do not have any additional high school girls register, we will open the remaining spots to 8th grade girls.

- 3 Head Coaches

You do not need to have a child participating in the league to coach!

Coaching is just a 1-hour-per-week commitment for 6 weeks on Sunday mornings.

Thank you to those who handled the scorebooks and scoreboard each week. Volunteering 4+ hours every Sunday and marking every point, foul, etc helps make this adult league a success. Play offs begin next Sunday! Let’s go 🔥 🏀 💪🏽

Registration is officially CLOSED for our Fall Rec League!

Thank you to everyone who registered. We are excited to get the season started!

Next Step: Combine - September 12th

All players should attend the combine so we can place each athlete on a team.

Grades 4–6: 10:00–11:30 AM
Grades 1–3: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM

During the combine, players will:

* Participate in basketball drills and activities
* Confirm their shirt size and grade
* Learn which team they have been placed on
* Learn their practice day (Wednesday or Friday)
* Receive their coach’s information

Once the combine is complete and coaches are finalized, the season schedule will be released!

Unable to attend the combine? Please let us know. Your child will still be placed on a team; however, their placement will be a random assignment rather than based on the combine.

We need one more grade 4-6 head coach and a few assistant coaches this age level!

For families and companies who were interested in sponsoring team t-shirts, you will be contacted in the next few days. If you still have an interest in helping out with shirts please let us know.

We are looking forward to getting everyone on the court and ready for a great Fall Rec League season!

🚨 We are trying something new! 🚨

High school students, this one is for you! Get warmed up before basketball try outs and join us for a 6 week co-ed rec league. Maximum of 7 players per team. Each team will have a coach, and certified ref for each game. This can get highly competitive so bring your A-game and good sportsmanship.

Registration will close Oct 8th. If we do not fill in all slots, we will open registration to 8th grade by Oct 9th!

Week 7 was definitely a week to remember! Heavy Hacks took on the undefeated Strongbox and broke their winning streak! Free Agents and WBFN went into overtime … TWICE! 👀 With only one week left, we are excited to see where the bracket lands!

Once playoffs begin we will start releasing info for our winter session! If you want in for the next round keep your eyes open.

We are also cooking up something for the ladies this spring. Some of you might want to start dusting off your basketball shoes 😉

A sincerest thank you to Kris Takes the Cake! Every girl received a unique cake to celebrate the end of our Glitter & Grit clinic and the start of the school year. She is a one woman show - yet managed to make every girl feel special. She is highly recommend. Don’t take our word for it … just look at that line!
