A Public Shoutout to My Italian
As you prepare to read below - Yes! Her Bikini is teeny tiny. But I can tell you a short story. As a young boy living in Cyprus I can remember being at Aphrodite’s Rock Beach, Petra tou Romiu….The Birthplace of Aphrodite, with my parents...my mother had a green/purple bikini....needless to say it was string connecting 3 postage stamps. Included here are photos of Aphrodite’s Rock Beach. In Yorktown, VA she and my dad were friends with a Navy guy and his Sicilian Wife. All four of them would be out in the Sun in as little clothing as you can imagine.
The Italian here has worked extremely hard turning 56 to build her physique. On Labor Day we visited the Sarasota Modern Hotel and used the Cold Plunge Pool and Hot Tub over and over to help us recover from all the physical training. We enjoyed the DJ's music and ambiance with all the people...we were the oldest couple there! Great Energy for sure. While there some younger women were curious as to how The Italian did what she did. Create a strong impressive physique! She cares about the health and well-being of these other women and is always willing to share when asked. This past week 2 women in our Fitness Gym asked The Italian about her training program and how she does what she does. These conversations ended with her providing insight and resources to these women in regard to the menopause battle they are battling. She conquered it and is moving forward in Life. Once again she is always gracious with other women who are seeking to find solutions and insight on strength, fitness, menopause, and even in the world of financial accounting.
AVAL - Really Minimal, The Italian is ideal for your mission. She has been a mentor to many. At 56 Years of Age she would be a fantastic model for your line of swimwear! 100%.
