Now that this Track season has come to a close this coach can finally breathe for a moment. This was my first year as a Track Head Coach after several years as an assistant at other schools and it was full of challenges and pride! Seeing our kids fight through adversity and compete all season long has been a blessing to watch! We ended the season with several PR’s, broken school records, finished in the top 3 in 3 different events at the State Track meet, AND had the FIRST EVER FEMALE STATE CHAMPION IN SCHOOL HISTORY!!! I’m so thankful for not only these young athletes, but for my assistants, the administration at the school, our community, and ALL of the people that donated and helped make this season special!! This is only the beginning, I can’t wait to see what the future holds!!!

Please make plans to line the streets for Jaylee on her return! She will have a police es**rt through town from Foodland to the School!! She should be arriving around 3:30 central time!! Line the streets and show some love for the FIRST FEMALE STATE CHAMPION IN SCHOOL HISTORY!! We will update everyone on ETA due to traffic!
