As we kick off the 2025 wrestling season, here’s what we expect from every athlete who steps on the mat:

• Arrive promptly to practice and meets.
• Practice starts at 3:30 PM — be there by 3:15 so you’re ready to roll right at 3:30.
• Be ready to work and ready to learn.
• Be humble and respectful in both victory and defeat.
• Lead by example in everything you do.
