A steady view can make the difference between spotting game and missing it entirely. 🦌🔭
When glassing by hand, keep your elbows tucked into your ribcage, breathe naturally, and settle your binoculars on the exhale. Whenever possible, use a tree, rock, backpack, or even your knee to create a solid rest.
These techniques can reduce shake - but fatigue will eventually interrupt your glassing. And interrupted glassing can mean missed animals.
Watch this week’s Hunter Binocular Tip, then follow Falconview Outdoors for more ways to glass longer, steadier, and smarter.
