This is a season of going into the depths and power within ourselves. In New England, this is the time of year when the leaves fall and the nights become longer. Nature is inviting you to slow down, find stillness and go within.
This month in our yoga practice we will dive into the opportunities that Scorpio Season brings:
-Power and Vulnerability- we will explore the balance between strength and surrender- true power is found in softness
-Death and Renewal- honoring cycles of ending and beginning- what must die or fall away for you to be reborn
-Into the depths- deep hip opening to release buried emotion
-The power of the phoenix rising- fire and water balance- heat building followed by surrendering into deep stretches —-*9am Saturdays in Duxbury
