O'Brien Fitness Center O'Brien Recreation Center is very proud to provide the public with a full size exercise and fitness center.

The O'Brien Fitness Center is equipped with full-size exercise equipment and is staffed by professional, Nationally Certified Personal Trainers during all hours of operation to service the needs of each member. The Center features sixteen cardiovascular machines, with polar heart rate monitors, fourteen specially designed Paramount strength machines and a full line of free weight training equipmen

t. The facility also includes a specially designed Aerobic Exercise Room for fitness classes. We offer a series of 'Healthy Fitness' programs and classes for teenagers, adults and seniors.
