BIG PROUD OF !! 🥹

She’s been with me online since February of 2025 and started out just by getting comfortable squatting with the barbell alone.

Yesterday she hit a clean 140lbs!! 🥳

Hannah lives the definition of showing up for yourself. She has put in the work each and every week I’ve programmed for her and I’m so proud. 7 months of hard work since September and 140lbs looks even better than 115lbs! 🤗
