Prevention and Management for Lumbar lordosis:

• Exercise: Strengthen the core and gluteal muscles with exercises like planks, bridges, and leg raises.

• Stretching: Regularly stretch the hip flexors and lower back muscles.

• Posture: Maintain proper posture while sitting, standing, and walking.

• Footwear: Opt for supportive shoes with low heels.

• Weight Management: Maintain a healthy weight to reduce stress on the lumbar spine.

Prevention and management for Thoracic kyphosis:

•Exercise: Any posterior chain workout. Meaning: any workout for your backside!

•Stretching: Stretch the chest and anterior shoulder muscles to counteract forward rounding.

• Posture: Everytime you walk through a door. Think of a string pulling from the top of your head and realign your spine.
