Crazy to think that 8 years ago, I took a giant leap and got my license to teach Zumba!

Zumba has changed my life in more ways than I ever could have imagined.

Over the years, Zumba has…
💃 Given me a way to do one of the things I’m most passionate about… dance!
💪 Allowed me to have a fun way to stay physically/mentally fit and help others on their journey too!
🌎 Connected me with people from all over the world, and some have even become close friends! The Zumba community is truly like no other!
😎 Given me a confidence that I never used to have in myself, which has positively impacted me in many other areas of my life
🗣️ Helped me be able to move past being absolutely petrified standing/talking in front of people
🤔 Tested my brain with continuous learning opportunities and being able to use the creative side of my brain by choreographing my own dances/creating social media content!

And so much more!

I cannot thank this company enough for giving me the opportunity to do what I love and constantly connecting me with such amazing people!

Join Natasha and I on 3/17 @ 7:00PM at Crunch Fitness for a St. Patrick’s Day dance party! ☘️ Wear your St. Paddy’s Day attire and feel free to bring a friend! Free passes are at the front desk! 🙌

We’ll start with our normal Zumba class, and then I’ll teach some basic Irish Dance steps for a song! (I do not claim to be a professional Irish dancer… just doing this for fun🤣)
