Summer training has been prepping our Perform4 members to break some glass! What they have done thus far in their training the last couple months isn’t for the faint of hearts. Been proud of their hard work they have put into their training to elevate their game!

What an amazing day to celebrate all the strong and powerful women apart of our gym community. In the past year, 88% of our record high membership have been young women who compete in both high school and college, and in volleyball, soccer, tennis, basketball, powerlifting, softball, cross country, track and field. Proud of all these ladies for making our gym community a place to thrive where women aren’t afraid to be challenged to get stronger, more powerful and more confident for their respective sports regardless of the level of experience. Thank you for making my gym community special, and grateful to have you all apart of the Perform4 Family!
