Excited to announce that I got my Zumba+Lift Certification! Im so excited to bring this new class to you all! It will be slower pace lifting 5-10lbs with cardio burts dancing in-between sets! Plan is start in Oct! Will be replacing either Mon or Thursday class with Zumba+lift...I am currently thinking Mondays but open to your opinions!!!
