Ran on yet another rough, 1 lane, hammer down race track at Skagit last night. Went 4-3 in the heat race and track was still good at that point. Went out for the main after the hornet main and it was rutted and rough. Only smooth lane was right around the bottom. I was completely air born at one point, got drove through coming to the white flag and bumpered up multiple times during the race, but not a scratch on my front bumper 🤷‍♂️. I think we ended up 8th or 9th when it was all said and done. Needless to say we will not be returning for championship night. I can’t continue to abuse the hell out of my car for a bump to pass 1 groove race. That’s not racing IMO. We will try and hit Grays Harbor a few more times before the year is over. Congrats to Ben Gunderson on the win last night!!
