BE OPEN TO NEW IDEAS

Being so attached to one way of doing things, whatever your niche is, can be detrimental to your long term progress.

In fitness, there’s always room to grow both literally and also when it comes to our understanding of the human body, and when knowing how to apply it to training.

Accept that most things work, or at least that most concepts and ideas provide some value, even if it is just an opportunity for you to think for yourself and discuss somebody else’s idea with them.

Try things for a prolonged period of time and you will see results. A difference in opinion usually comes from a difference in perspective and a difference in intended goal.

Be open, accept new ideas, think critically, try hard.
