Understanding how to properly bulk and cut is crucial information to know & master when trying to maintain the results you worked so hard for. Make sure to try not to end your cut until you can see great muscle tone & most importantly visible abdominals. Always be sure to maximize your bulk by building & gaining as much muscle as possible to the very cusp of your core definition almost fades away, then repeat the process.
