Supérate Supérate is a JBU student lead organization looking to change the lives of children in Campur Guatemala by providing affordable English education.

Poverty is a cycle. It is a cycle, that un-fought, will continue to grow and never end in Guatemala. Supérate is a team of passionate JBU students starting an English school in the town of Campur. Studies show that there is a direct correlation between English proficiency and household income levels in South America and we believe that by empowering these people with an English education, we will

provide them with countless opportunities. This will include scholarships to college, better jobs to provide for their families, and well trained people who are wanting to give back to the communities in Guatemala. We are currently fundraising and seeking out donors and partnerships to make the school sustainable so that we can empower these children.
