Wholeheartedly agree. Today as part of my meditation, when your core and thoughts are positive you release and have serotonin and oxytocin. However when your emotions are negative, you high jack your amygdala and instead your mind sees danger and fills your body with cortisol and fight or flight sense.
Breathe inhaling deeply and take one more breath - then exhale slowly through your mouth like through a straw. Continue for a few minutes. Your heart will start slowing and you will balance your vagus nerve.

I wish you Deepak Chopra who were (are?) the mentor of one of my former teachers at The American Yoga Academy - they went under - you, who had authority and q***r levity and followers - thought deep and hard before becoming a child predator.

We welcome Kelly Bogda, Certified Sound Healer and Reiki Master, alongside Yoly Baker, Reiki Master and Registered Yoga Teacher who will do a group hands-on demonstration of these musical instruments. Afterwards we will all settle into a grounding yoga meditation experience surrounded by quartz bowl sounds and tuning fork vibrations.
