Congratulations to Reagan Smith on her 300th strikeout on the season. This was achieved in just 151 innings šŸ˜³.

Reagan has constantly battled against some of our toughest opponents and continues to pitch amazing for the 11u Rhinos. Great job Dino! Keep it up.

Rhino 11u played some games today in less than ideal conditions with a constant rain falling. Kudos to the girls for not letting the rain get them down and playing strong.

The tournament changed it to a 60 minute drop dead for all games because of the weather. In the 1st game, we jumped out to a quick 9 run lead and were able to carry that game. In game 2, despite out hitting the CTW 6 to 1, Rhino lost 2-0. We had runners on 2nd and 3rd when the timer sounded. Such are the rules of the game on this day. But the girls played hard, didnā€™t bat an eye at playing in subpar conditions, and had some fun.

Shout out to all the Rhino dads (and all dads out there). Happy Fatherā€™s Day.

Rhino 11u is back at it in Naperville this weekend at the 11u USSSA Queen of Diamonds. We were able to go 3-0 in pool play to grab the top spot in our pool and get a 1st round bye in bracket play.

We had a two run walk off double in the 1st game and had another game where we scored several in the top of the last inning for the win.

This team fights until the last out each and every game! Itā€™s a site to be seen. Great job today girls!

After winning the last 3 tournaments, our streak came to an end this weekend. But the girls never quit; they fought back in the last inning and came up just short in their game.

On a more fun note, we were able to celebrate the birthday for our teamā€™s favorite 4 year old. Happy birthday Quinn!!!

We are back at it this week with numerous doubleheaders and then ready to start a new tournament streak!

Rhino take over at ā€œThe Ballpark at Rosemontā€! 9u, 10u, and 11u each played a game yesterday at the stadium. Such a cool experience for the girls!

Rhino 11u invited our favorite team to play us, MSP Stars 11. We always have a solid softball game when playing them and their coaches and players are extremely nice. Itā€™s always just a good time during these games.

The girls had a blast playing on a professional field! Back to our usual tournament schedule next weekend.

Rhino 11u continued their hot streak this weekend; winning the 12u championship at the Stars and Stripes Slugfest tournament! This tourney was a 12-team 12u tournament up in Elgin.

Going 3-0 in pool play and then taking home 3 more wins in bracket play for the championship.

In true 11u fashion, highs and lows but at some point during this tournament every single player came through and contributed to the wins. We were able to play our way through several tight games to come away with the victories.

Rhino 11u is doing their thing in Elgin. Playing in a 12u tourney, the girls were able to go 3 - 0 in pool play. Currently waiting to see how the bracket plays out.
