For so long, I thought the biggest victory would be a number. But I’ve realized the real win is everything that number can’t measure.

It’s having the energy to chase my toddler around without feeling completely wiped out. It’s saying “yes” to running, playing, dancing, and making memories instead of sitting on the sidelines because I’m exhausted.

It’s becoming the kind of example I want my daughter to grow up seeing—someone who takes care of herself, moves her body, and enjoys life.

And maybe one of my favorite changes? Knowing we have TWO Disney trips coming up over the next year, and I’m excited instead of worried. I won’t be counting down the miles until I can sit down or wondering how sore I’ll be the next morning. I’ll be focused on soaking in every magical moment with my family.

This journey has never been about being perfect. It’s been about building healthier habits, feeling stronger, having more energy, and creating a life where I can fully show up for the people I love.
