We're proud to promote Isaiah to blue belt. He has been a consistent and reliable training partner. He's disciplined, always working to improve-even when circumstances make that difficult.

Since he started training with us, he's improved significantly. It's been a pleasure training and growing with him.

We're so proud of you!

These three men have made significant progress in a short period of time. All three of them have shown persistence, grit, and determination.

They've worked (carefully) through injury, processed failure, and discouragement. All three dealt with *severe* emotional upheaval in the last year. They continue to move forward despite what they've been through.

We're proud of you!

Shout out to our largest competition team yet at Grappling Industries this past weekend! Proud of our team and competitors.

It was a well-fought day with 16 total matches for our competitors. Our team saw 4 submission finishes, 2 match wins on points, and 1 refs' decision.

We finished with 2 silver medals, 1 fourth place in a deep bracket, and 2 withdrawals due to injury.

Fight of the night goes to Micah, who secured a down-on-points submission finish with 39 seconds left on the clock.

The team comes home with more experience, lessons learned, and victories to celebrate.

We are proud of our competition team and thankful for everyone who came out to support us! On to the next!

Steven Lee has been sharpening his skills at Agōgē 3+ days a week while also training and earning his rank through at . His cross-training dedication showed as his takedown percentage and submission rate have both increased since his last outing. He took the match the ground and finished it on his terms via a submission twice, fighting his way back to a third place finish.

Maggie Maag, one of our active competitors, earned a third-place medal with a submission finish in her second match. Dakota Aschenbach made a strong debut, earning a second place finish in a large bracket, landing multiple submissions, and a powerful hip throw. This is significant as he was severely injured for the last two weeks of this camp.

We're proud of our athletes and we're eager to make the necessary adjustments in preparation for our next event. On to the next!

A big step forward came today for long-time Agōgē student Maggie Maag!

She completely shut down the takedown game of a high-caliber competition purple belt, who had taken her down just last month in a previous tournament in under 30 seconds.

Maggie is someone who doesn’t allow gaps in her game to last for long. When she finds an opportunity to sharpen her game, she doesn’t rest until she levels up.

Maggie not only left with a medal, but some battle scars after clashing heads with her opponent.

Maggie is relentless in her pursuit to achieve Agōgē Kleos. She just keeps driving forward towards grappling greatness. Today was another step in that grind.
